Return Policy:

Products may be returned for a full in store credit within 15 days of receipt.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, PAINTS, CHEMICALS, LITERATURE, DECALS, SHEET METAL, INSTALLED, USED, DAMAGED OR MODIFIED PARTS.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Should you need to return a part for a in store credit, please contact our customer service for a return authorization number and instructions. R.P.R.C. will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return orders.

Damaged Parts And Repair Time Policy:
Report damaged parts ASAP (Within 24 hrs.). All shipments are insured through the shipping company and all claims will have to be made through the shipping company. Please inspect & mark the waybill as damaged when the delivery driver is present. Repair time can not be given to repair damaged parts. Email us photos and mark clearly on the part where the damage is. Please call us prior to starting repairs for authorization. IMPORTANT: Gift certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed for merchandise only. Literature, CDs, videos, printed materials, stencil kits, stripe, electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches, etc. are non-returnable. All special-order products must be pre-paid in full and are non-returnable. There is no guarantee on moving parts such as engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering gears, water pumps, distributors, wiper motors, etc. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed, or disassembled in any way without R.P.R.C. expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable. R.P.R.C. always recommends professional installation on all products. Any item which has been altered, painted, installed, or deemed non-resalable by R.P.R.C. will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. R.P.R.C. is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. R.P.R.C. is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc.

Sheet Metal Disclaimer:
ATTENTION ALL DEALERS AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS: Make sure all parts are inspected and pre fit before painting. Dings, small dents, scratches, and blemishes are not considered as defective and will not affect the useability of the sheet metal part once properly fit, prepped and painted. Sheet metal parts are not returnable for any reason. All sheet metal products are foundations only and will need to be modified for a proper fit. Take precautions as all sheet metal and steel parts may have razor sharp edges.
